I have a personal item I would like engraved, is this possible?
The answer is probably yes. Please contact us so we can discuss your project.
Payment Information
We accept major credit cards. We use Paypal for payment. However, if you do not have a PayPal account you can still make your purchase using a debit or credit card. Just click on the PayPal button at checkout and follow the instructions. Paypal is a safe and secure method of making payments online.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping Information
We ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Orders (except Keepsake Baby Blocks) usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Items that are custom engraved are non refundable and cannot be returned.
Because our Keepsake Baby Blocks are customized, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

Keepsake Baby Block Questions
How long will it take to receive my engraved, handpainted, personalized Keepsake Baby Block?
PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 1-2 weeks after ordering for your block to ship.
Please note in the ORDER COMMENTS section during checkout if you need your order by a certain date. However, if you need it quickly then we will need to discuss a time frame as some items take longer.

Do you include a receipt with pricing info with the order?
No. We include a gift receipt but no pricing information is included.
How are your baby blocks made?
We cut each block ourselves in our wood shop. Then hand paint the block before it is engraved. Once engraved, we then hand paint the engraved design before sealing the block. Our products are made by us in the USA.
Are your Keepsake Baby Blocks toys for babies or toddlers?
No! These are a keepsake item for you or your gift recipient. Our baby blocks are not a toy. However, they are wonderful to pass down to an adult child or grandchild.
What if I want to ship to more than one address?
If ordering more than one block, please provide shipping instructions for additional addresses in the ORDER COMMENTS section during checkout.
